Better answers start with you, not the AI.
Vague questions get vague answers. The fix is two things: a clear goal, and an AI that knows who you are. This form builds both.
- Get clear on your goal. A dream, then a 90-day goal, then weekly tasks.
- Answer 10 short questions about you and how you work.
- Get your kit: your AI profile, your Foundation Builder prompt, and 6 starter prompts, with copy buttons.
- Paste your profile into your AI one time. Then use it from your phone.
Short answers are fine. A few words each. You can skip any box.
Your dream
Most goals start fuzzy. That's fine. We will climb down from a dream to things you can do this week.
In your life or work. Messy is fine.
Ask yourself this up to 2 times. Stop when the answer is something you can see or count.
Your end result and 90-day goal
One step toward your end result. It needs a number and a date.
Your weekly outputs
4. What 2 or 3 things can you make or do each week? Pick things you control.
Tell your AI who you are
Your job, business, school, or main role.
Clients, readers, your team, your family, or just you.
Like emails, social posts, planning, learning, ideas. Put your top one first.
What you know and use
AI can skip the basics here.
AI should explain these simply.
Like Gmail, Canva, Excel, Instagram.
How AI should talk to you
Friendly, direct, short, detailed, funny, formal.
Bullet points, steps, short paragraphs, tables.
Topics, words, or private info to avoid.
Like "ask me if unclear" or "give me 2 options."

The AI Foundation Kit
My personal AI profile and prompts.
Your AI Foundation Profile
This is the text you paste into your AI's settings one time. Keep it under 1,400 characters so it fits every app.
Where to put your profile
Profile icon › Settings › Personalization › turn on Enable customization › paste into Custom instructions. Free plan limit: 1,500 characters.
Your initials (bottom left) › Settings › Instructions for Claude › paste and save. Older versions: Settings › Profile.
Settings & help › Personal Intelligence › Instructions for Gemini › Add + › paste › Submit. Needs a personal Google account.
Profile icon › Settings › Customize (or Personalization) › Custom instructions › paste › Save.
Can't find it? Paste your profile at the top of a new chat and add: "Use this profile for this whole chat." Test it: start a new chat and ask, "What do you know about me and my goal?" Menu names change often. Pick the closest match. Steps checked October 2026.
Your Foundation Builder prompt
Paste this into a new chat in any AI. It already has your answers. It will check them with you, then write your goal map, a polished profile, and 6 prompts made just for you, each scored with the Six Filters.
Your 6 starter prompts
Your profile does the heavy lifting, so these stay short. Fill in any [brackets], paste, and send.
The Six-Filter Score
Give each filter 0 (missing), 1 (partly there), or 2 (clearly there). Top score: 12.
- First principles: Does it name the real end result, not just the task?
- Clarity: One clear ask, with the format and length stated?
- Context: Does the AI know who it's for and the key details?
- Truth: Does it say no made-up facts, and to say when unsure?
- Safety & ethics: Honest, fair, legal, and free of private info?
- Proof: Does it say what a good result looks like?
11–12: Ready. Send it. 8–10: Fix your lowest filter. 0–7: Rewrite it with the Fix My Prompt starter.
What's next: engines that start from your foundation
Each engine starts the same way: paste your foundation. Because your AI already knows you, the work goes faster.
